Bear in mind that invoices from WPX hosting are generated 5 days before the due date. If your invoice passes it’s due date, it will be counted as an overdue payment.
Note: If you have paid your invoice, then the date of the invoice will be set to the date of payment.
Important Invoice Notice:
If you don’t pay your invoice before the due date, your hosting will not be suspended immediately. After this due date, you will have 7 days to pay for your service, otherwise, your hosting will be suspended.
After another 7 days following your suspension, your hosting account will then be terminated.
What does that mean for me?
If your account is suspended, you won’t be able to access the websites that you host with us. If your account is terminated, then your entire WPX account will be deleted along with your sites.
We keep backups of all websites for a period of 28 days, within this time we can restore your websites after your account is terminated. The only thing you need to do in order to start the account recovery process of your Service/Plan is to apply for the recovery process from your Hosting plan.
We much prefer to talk these issues through with you. As such, we will always send you a reminder email when an invoice is generated, when it’s overdue, and when your account is about to be suspended or terminated.
Please make sure your emails from WPX are not being sent to the SPAM folder in your email account. Additionally, if you’re using Gmail, you can drag WPX emails into the Primary tab if they tend to appear in other tabs.
If you are a customer from the European Union (EU), you are automatically charged with Value Added Tax (VAT). This means that, along with your monthly hosting payments, you must pay a tax of approximately 20% of your invoice.
Note: VAT may vary between different EU countries. VAT usually ranges between 18% and 27%.

To avoid being charged with VAT, you should provide a valid VAT number when you register your WPX hosting account.
