Yes, you can! If you have initiated a domain transfer to WPX but you don’t want to proceed with it, you may be able to cancel the transfer request.
To cancel the domain transfer, you have to contact our Support Team either on LiveChat or via our ticket system. They will check if the domain transfer is on a proper status for cancellation and will let you know if that is possible.
Keep in mind that you can not cancel the request if the domain transfer has already finished successfully.
Domain Transfer fees are not refundable if the process has been completed per our Refund Policy.
If your domain has been transferred already to us, you can request to opt-out of the 60-day registrar lock via request and make a new one to move it elsewhere. More on the ICANN policy can be read here.
