Yes, you can! If you have initiated a domain transfer to WPX but you don’t want to proceed with it, you may be able to cancel the transfer request.
To cancel the domain transfer, you have to contact our Support Team either on LiveChat or via our ticket system. They will check if the domain transfer is on a proper status for cancellation and will let you know if that is possible.
If your domain has been transferred already to us, you can request to opt-out of the 60-day registrar lock via request and make a new one to move it elsewhere. More on the ICANN policy can be read here.
