How can I change my billing cycle?

Are you trying to switch over to yearly payments or the opposite – monthly payments? We’re about to walk you through the process, please continue reading below.

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account.

You can log in to your WPX account here.

Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan.

You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).

Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to change the billing cycle for, you need to select the orange button Manage service.

Step 3. Click on the More Billing Options button.

That’s the button you’re looking for to change your billing cycle.

A pop-up will appear that would either let you upgrade to yearly payments (if your current billing cycle is monthly based) or downgrade to monthly payments (if your current billing cycle is yearly based).

Changing your billing cycle from Monthly to Annual will be applied when the next invoice is issued (5 days before the Monthly plan expiration).

Changing your billing cycle from Annual to Monthly will be applied after the Annual plan expiration. The invoice will be issued 5 days before the Annual plan expiration.

Once you save the changes they will take place with your new invoice. You’ll be able to see/pay your invoice with the new billing cycle (yearly/monthly) at the end of your current billing cycle.
