Has your Credit Card expired? Would you like to use a different Credit Card than the one you’ve got saved with us? Changing the details of your saved card with us would require removing and then re-adding it. You’ll find more on the subject below.
When is it possible to add a new Credit Card?
That would only be an available option when there’s an unpaid Pro-forma invoice. Keep in mind that due to the security purposes of our payment processor, adding a Credit Card at any time is not permitted.
We suggest removing your Credit Card right away when considering a change to a new one. That’s because your previously saved Credit Card may take care of a pending payment that you wouldn’t like to proceed with.
How to remove my current Credit Card?
First, you need to log in to your WPX account.
Then navigate to My Account (1) → Credit Card (2). Below your Credit Card details, you’ll see a red button Remove Credit Card (3).
You need to press that button to delete the currently saved Credit Card.
How to add my new Credit Card?
As previously mentioned you’ll need an unpaid invoice first. Open your Invoices page. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Account (1) → Invoices (2).
You’ll be taken to the page that displays all of our invoices. You need to select the latest one with the status Unpaid (1). The View (2) button will open a new tab of the desired invoice.
Once on the Pro Forma Invoice page, click on the drop-down menu (1) and choose the Credit Card (2) option
This option is going to reload the page and you will see the Pay Now! button.
We’re almost there! As shown below, there are fields where you can enter your Credit Card details along with the information of the Credit Card owner. If you want to save your card to your WPX account, leave the Store Credit Card details for future automatic payments box checked.
