If you need to replace your theme with a new one there are multiple ways to do that. Usually, that needs to be done using the database, when an error appears that was caused by your theme.
In this article, we will show you how you can change a WordPress theme via the database of your website.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan
You can find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).

Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan you want to manage, you need to select the Manage service orange button.

Step 3. Open phpMyAdmin
Now that you’re in the Hosting Panel, select the Databases (1) menu. Here you’ll see the name and size of the databases for each site on your account. Then click on the phpMyAdmin button (2) :

Step 4. Change the theme
Once you press the phpMyAdmin button, you will be logged into your phpMyAdmin, where you can see all of the databases:

Select the database (1)of the site where you want to change the theme and then find the _options table (2):

You need to locate the rows called template and stylesheet (1). They are usually found on page 2 (2) in the options table:

Once you find them you just need to double-click on each one and type the theme that you want to activate. For example, the theme now is “Twenty Twenty-two” and we want to change it to “Twenty Twenty-One”. In the template and stylesheet rows we need to type the new theme:
