If you have forgotten the password to your e-mail box, do not worry! Here is an easy way to reset the password of any e-mail that you’ve created with WPX.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account.
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan.
You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).
Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to manage, you need to select the orange button Manage service.
Step 3. Go to the E-mail Boxes menu.
Now that you are in your WPX control panel select the E-Mail Boxes (1) menu. After that, choose the Settings (2) button next to the e-mail box for which you need the password to be changed.
Step 4. Change the password of the e-mail box.
First, you need to choose the Change Password (1) box. Then you have to fill in a new password (2) for the e-mail box. When you are ready with the changes, t click on the Submit (3) button.
That’s it. The changes that you’ve made will take immediate effect and the password will be instantly changed.
Please keep in mind that if you are using any mail apps you will also need to update the password for the specific e-mail box there.
