How Can I Clear Elementor Cache?

In this article, we will cover a step-by-step guide on how to clear your cache when using Elementor Builder on your WordPress website. It is important to do so so that you can see the changes you made instantly and avoid a cache version that could disrupt or confuse your workflow.

Step 1. Log in to the WP-Admin Dashboard

To log into your WordPress Dashboard, all you need to do is add /wp-admin after the URL of your website:

You would need to fill in your login details in the respective prompts.

If by any chance you’ve forgotten your password, you can always contact our helpful support who will be glad to assist you with the reset process. They are available 24/7 and you can contact us from the little chat bubble on the bottom right of this page.

Step 2. Navigate to the Elementor Tools Section

Once you’ve logged into your WP Dashboard you will need to navigate to Elementor (1) and the Tools (2) section:

Step 3. Clear Elementor Cache

Once you’ve opened the Tools option all you need to do is click on the button Regenerate CSS & Data (1) button and Save Changes (2):

That’s it! You have successfully cleared Elementor stored cache on the files you are editing. Keep in mind that this is a common fix for cache issues on instances where you make changes through the builder and can not see them in effect immediately.

In addition to clearing the cache from Elementor, we have added a feature to WPX XDN that automatically clears the cache on a server level as well, so all the changes that you made can be synched better and shown immediately.

If you get stuck with anything discussed on this page, please get in touch with the WPX Support Team via live chat (use the bottom right-hand widget) and they will respond and help within 30 seconds or less.
