In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to gather the needed information and successfully connect your WPX Email with your Outlook application for mobile devices.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan
You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).
Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to manage, you need to select the orange button Manage service.
Step 3. Navigate to the E-mail Boxes menu.
There you’ll find all of your created E-Mail Boxes. If you do not have one yet, make sure to check the following guide.
From there, you can find the relevant Mail Server Settings from the tab above the E-mail Boxes that will be needed to connect your device.
Note that the username is usually the email address itself and the password is the one you set for the mail. You can change it if you don’t remember it.
Some mailboxes use a different email username from the email address depending on the server that you are hosted on. If the email username is different from your email address, you need to use that username to connect your email address with any mail client.
Step 4. Connect your IOS device to Outlook.
Open your Outlook App, fill in your WPX Е-mail address (1), and press “Add Account (2).
From there you will need to choose the IMAP for Email Provider type connection.
The next step would be to fill in the Mail Server Details you saved from Step 3. Make sure that there are no additional spaces to make sure the details are correct. Once you are ready, press the ‘Sign In’ button.

That’s it! If the details are correct, the e-mail should be connected and logged in to the main Outlook application.
Step 5. Connect your Android device to Outlook.
Open your Outlook App, fill in your WPX email address (1), and press “Add Google Account (2).
From there you will need to choose the IMAP for Email Provider type connection.
If prompted, select IMAP Direct, instead of IMAP CloudCache.
Due to data privacy, Android does not allow screenshots in the last steps of the setup on Outlook. Everything will be similar to the IOS guide on inputting the correct Mail Server Settings for the given E-mail Box.
That’s it! If the information that you filled in is correct, your email should be connected to Outlook.
