How can I increase my WPX email quota?

If you need to increase the quota of your WPX e-mail box, you can follow this article.

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account.

You can log in to your WPX account here.

Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan.

You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).

Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to manage, you need to select the orange button Manage service.

Step 3. Go to the E-mail Boxes menu.

Now that you are in your WPX control panel select the E-Mail Boxes (1). After that, choose the Settings (2) button next to the e-mail box for which you need to increase the quota.

Step 4. Change the quota of the e-mail box.

You can change the disk quota either by typing a hard limit that you like or up to the disk space, that is available in your hosting plan.

The options are as follows:

Option 1UP TO THE LIMIT OF AVAILABLE DISK SPACE IN YOUR HOSTING PLAN. That means that you can set the quota of the specific E-mail box to be the same as the disk space of your Hosting account.

For example, if you are on the Business plan the quota will be 10 GBs.

Option 2: Here you can manually choose how MBs or GBs will be the quota for the specific e-mail box. The default size of the quota for each mailbox is 500MBs.

After you make the changes that you want, click on the Submit (2) button to save the changes.

That’s it. The changes that you’ve made will take immediate effect and the quota will be instantly changed.
