How can I install and configure an SMTP plugin if I use Outlook?

This article will help you install and configure an SMTP plugin that will handle the email sending process for your WordPress website when using Outlook.

Let’s get started.

Step 1. Install the SMTP plugin.

The plugin that will install and configure to work with our Outlook mail is Post SMTP Mailer.

The plugin can be found in the WordPress directory.

Or, inside WP Admin, you can go to Plugins (1) → Add New (2), and enter SMTP into the search bar (3), as shown in the screenshot below.

Click on the Install Now (4) button, to begin the installation of the plugin. When the installation is complete, click on the Activate button to activate the plugin for your website.

Step 8. Finish the setup wizard.

On the last step of the wizard, you just need to click on the Finish button.
