Some of the WordPress themes and plugins require certain PHP modules in order to work properly. We’ll show you how they’re supposed to be enabled through the client area.
You can enable the following modules and function from the WPX control panel.
SOAP
Intl
GMP
parse_ini_file()
Step 1. Login to your WPX account.
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan.
You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).
Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to manage, you need to select the orange button Manage service.
Step 3. Manage Websites menu.
That’s the menu where all of your websites are displayed.
The next thing you need to do is to press the ‘Settings’ button for the site you’d like to apply the changes for (the PHP modules and functions are individual for each site).
A pop-up will appear with all of the functions/modules available for enabling/disabling. The buttons work as drop-down menus.
Once you press these buttons you can select whichever function/module the plugin or theme that you have installed requires
Under the Manage PHP modules menu, you can see the modules that you can enable from the WPX control panel ( ionCube, SOAP, Intl, GMP). They are all disabled by default.
Under the Manage PHP functions menu, you can enable the exec function or parse_ini_file. They are disabled by default.
