Some WordPress themes and plugins require certain PHP modules to work properly. We’ll show you how they’re supposed to be enabled through the client area.
You can enable the following modules and functions directly from the WPX control panel. Keep in mind that when you activate any modules or functions, they are applied only to the current PHP version used by the site.
PHP Modules
Ioncube
SOAP
Intl
GMP
PHP Functions
exec()
parse_ini_file()
Step 1. Login to your WPX account.
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan.
You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).

Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to manage select the orange button Manage service.

Step 3. Manage Websites menu.
That’s the menu where all of your websites are displayed.

Click the Settings button for the site where you want to apply the changes. Keep in mind that PHP modules and functions are configured individually for each site.

A pop-up will appear, displaying all the available functions and modules that can be enabled or disabled. The buttons function as drop-down menus for easy selection.

Under the Manage PHP modules menu, you can see the modules you can enable from the WPX control panel ( ionCube, SOAP, Intl, GMP). They are all disabled by default.
Under the Manage PHP functions menu, you can enable the exec function or parse_ini_file. They are disabled by default.

If you have any other questions on the topic, don’t hesitate to contact the WPX Support Team via live chat (use the bottom right-hand widget) and they will respond and help within 30 seconds or less.
