How can I set up WP-Rocket on my site?

The plugin is paid and it does not have a free version. You will need to purchase a WP Rocket license to be able to use it and upload the installation files to your website plugin folder.

Once the WP Rocket license is purchased, you create an account with WP-Rocket on their official site from where you can Download WP-Rocket installation files:

After you upload the installation files to your Plugins folder, you will need to activate WP-Rocket from the Plugins menu of your website dashboard.

You can use our File Manager to upload the plugin files to activate the plugin from your site dashboard.

Upon activation, your WP Rocket license will begin and you should see your website in the section Sites connected to your WP-Rocket Account.

This article will provide you with a guide on how to configure the cache plugin WP-Rocket for your website and have the best possible settings in sync with our WPX XDN.

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account

To download these recommended settings, first, log in to your WPX account. You can log in to your WPX account here.

Step 2. Download WPX pre-configured settings

Now that you are logged in, go to Support (1) → Downloads (2).

You can also use a direct link here (to open the page you need to be logged into your WPX hosting account).

Now click on the WP-Rocket category. Read through the description of the file and Download the settings to use them on your site.

Step 3. Unzip (extract) the zipped file

After you have downloaded the recommended settings file to your computer, you need to unzip it so it can be uploaded to the plugin’s settings.

Step 4. Rename the settings file

WP-Rocket requires a special name that is associated with your website to import our recommended settings. You must first export the settings, copy the name of the generated file, and rename our recommended settings with the same name; otherwise, you will not be able to import our settings.

Step 5. Upload the settings

Return to your WordPress dashboard. From there, hover over the WP-Rocket (1) menu at the top of your screen and select Settings (2).

You will be redirected to the plugin’s general settings. You need to select the Tools section tab to import the recommended settings:

Select the unzipped file with the recommended settings that you downloaded from WPX into the Import (1) section and then click the Upload file and Import settings (2) button.

While these are the settings that we recommend, there is no guarantee that they will be the best settings for your particular website. For this reason, we suggest examining the settings yourself and tweaking them as you see fit.

How can I clear the cache from the plugin?

Clear Cache – Whenever you make any changes on your website and want to refresh the cache, you can do so by going to WP-Rocket (1) → Clear Cache (2):

That’s it! Your caching plugin is now configured with the WPX settings.
