How can I upgrade my hosting plan?

Do you need extra Disk Space or website slots? Are trying to find a way to upgrade your plan? Here’s a guide on how to do that by following a couple of simple steps.

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account.

You can log in to your WPX account here.

Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan.

You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).

Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to upgrade, you need to select the orange button Manage service.

Step 3. Upgrade button.

If you’d like to proceed with upgrading your current plan, make sure to press the Upgrade button.

The next thing you’ll see is the pop-up with all plans available for an upgrade depending on which one you’re currently using. Select the desired one from the drop-down menu and press continue.

Once selected, you’ll be taken to the following page which confirms the upgrade.

Our system will automatically generate a new invoice for the upgrade with an amount based on the period used for that specific month/year and the difference between the price of these two plans (old and new).

Once paid (don’t have to do that manually if you have a debit/credit card saved with us), our system will initiate the upgrade immediately (may take a minute or two).

Please make sure to cancel your previous PayPal subscription as our system will automatically charge you for the previous plan’s amount. This may lead to automatic hosting plan suspension/termination.
