In the following article, we’ll show you how to check your hosting plan bandwidth and disk space usage.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan
You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).
Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to manage, you need to select the orange button Manage service.
Step 3. Disk Space usage
Navigate to the Show Usages button as shown below.
You’ll then be able to see the current Disk Space usage of your hosting account.
What’s included in your Disk Space usage?
- All of the WordPress files of your sites with us (basically everything stored on the server as files); You can check your files/folders sizes from the File Manager.
- All WPX Mailboxes content (mail usage) in your hosting plan;
- Personal backups created with the Backup Manager.
You can check the Disk Space used by databases separately in the Database menu.
Step 4. Bandwidth Usage
There’s a Bandwidth usage tab (1) for the current month (resets on the 1st day of each month). Also, you can get more detailed information about your daily bandwidth usage by pressing the Bandwidth Details button (2) for each site of yours.
Select a site you’d like to get more Bandwidth details for from the drop-down menu.
Here’s what it would look like.
Does your usage seem higher than expected? You can also check – What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit?
