How to change your WPX billing cycle (the easy way)

There is a new and a very simple way to change your billing cycle from your Dashboard.

IMPORTANT!

Before changing your billing cycle, PLEASE ensure that your old PayPal subscription has been CANCELLED! 

If you do not update or cancel your old PayPal subscription, you will continue to pay for a plan you’re no longer using, and you really don’t want that to happen.

To access your Hosting Panel, first you must log in to your WPX Hosting account. When logged in, go to Dashboard (1)  WordPress Hosting  Manage all sites in this account and you will then arrive at the Service Details (2) screen, seen below:

From here, you will see the Change Billing Cycle (3) option to the right of your current Recurring Amount.

Click on Change billing cycle and you will be presented with a drop-down menu. In this menu, you can select the new billing cycle you prefer.

Note: You can change your billing cycle only if there are no outstanding invoices.
