Unlike every other hosting company that we know of, WPX offers a free site speed diagnosis/optimization to its hosting customers.
Site speed optimizations are only offered by WPX for free once per website per customer. This is time-intensive work by a skilled WPX Optimization Team.
Some of our exclusive offers may not include that as a free feature. WPX reserves the right to refuse an optimization request based on your active plan (that does not apply to our regular WordPress plans – Business, Professional, and Elite and our WooCommerce plans: Powerstore, Superstore and Hyperstore).
While the WPX Support Team can usually diagnose issues quickly and help with basic speed improvements, an actual optimization made by our Optimization Team is only offered for free once per site per customer.
Please note however that there can be a significant queue for this work and the backlog is usually several days.
To start the free optimization of your website, you need to fill out our Optimization form. You can check our guide to help you fill in the Optimization form.
Every optimization request after that for the same website is considered a paid service. We charge USD 139 (without VAT) per site optimization performed by our Optimization team.
