Are you wondering if you have a pending commission payout and when it will be paid? Here you’ll find more information about when we do the commission payouts and what are the requirements to receive one.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account.
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to our Affiliate Hub.
The drop-down My Account menu will help you reach the Affiliate Hub page.
Step 3. Your Payouts menu.
You’ll then see the Your Payouts menu where you can request any future commission payouts under the Withdrawal log. If you have a pending payout, a Request withdrawal button will appear. This will raise a support ticket to our Billing Department and they’ll take care of the rest.
The affiliate commissions are paid only if you request a withdrawal.
The requested and approved commissions are paid once per week (Friday). In order for a commission to be included in Friday processing, you should raise a request for withdrawal until Thursday. If you request the payment of commissions after Thursday, that particular commission will be processed next Friday. You are solely responsible for any transaction fees when you receive affiliate commissions, as well as keeping all your information up to date (such as email and postal address, tax information, etc).
Affiliate commissions on all verified Annual hosting subscriptions are payable after each successful referral has passed the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period. However, for administrative efficiency, these are consolidated into a single monthly payment to WPX affiliates. Verified monthly subscriptions (all plans) become eligible for an affiliate commission AFTER the referred subscription has passed the 5-month mark.
Step 4. How to request a withdrawal?
Follow the instructions below to successfully request a payout withdrawal.
Make sure to log in and navigate to your Affiliate hub as per Step 1 and Step 2 at the beginning of the article.
Accessing the Stats (1) menu is the next thing you should do. There you will see the orange Request Withdrawal (2) button. The button will automatically raise a ticket to our Billing Department.
