Have you created a database user for a developer or 3rd party technical helper that is no longer needed? In this article, we’ll show you how to delete the database user.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account
You can log in to your WPX account here.
Step 2. Navigate to your hosting plan
You can either find your hosting service through the navigation menu or within your dashboard. Once you log in to your WPX account select My Services (1) → WordPress Hosting (2).
Then you will see all of your hosting services with us. When you find the plan that you want to manage, you need to select the orange button Manage service.
Step 3. Delete the database user
Now that you’re in the Hosting Panel, select the Databases (1) menu for the site you’d like to delete a user for. Here you’ll see the users (2) for each database:
When you click on the orange button (1) you’ll see the list of the users for the selected database and the option to delete (2) a specific user:
