Unlike most hosting providers, WPX will keep backups of your websites even after termination (cancellation). Your data will be safe with us for up to 3 months after the date of your cancellation and will be available for restoration.
Even if your hosting plan has been terminated, you can still log in and contact our support team for questions and help in restoring your service.

How long does WPX keep your data after termination?
We keep terminated account backups on a separate backup server.
The backups are kept for as long as 90 days after account termination. During that time, you can restore your WPX account with its content.
Do you have to manually restore the websites?
No, the whole process is automatic and will be handled by our system.
You can additionally submit a ticket where our support agents can track and inform you once the account restoration is completed.
Afterward, you can log in to your WPX Account with your login details and everything will be the same as before termination, so you can continue your work.
Do you lose any information or data from yout account upon termination?
No, the WPX account backups cover everything, including service details, passwords, and different details that would ease your work after the restore.
That way you would not need to go through the hassle of resetting or remembering past passwords for your account or email addresses for that matter.
