This article will explain the meaning behind the default WPX page and the reasons why you would see that when trying to load your website.
The domain is not associated with a website.
The main reason for you to see a WPX Default page would be trying to load a domain name through your browser that is not created as a website yet.
The reason for that is that there are no physical files or databases from which any content could load from WPX servers.
You would need to first Add/Create a website through your WPX Account and Hosting Plan.
