Recommended Caching plugins by WPX

Using a caching plugin is the fastest way to improve the performance of your website. Caching plugins improves the user experience by increasing server performance and reducing download times.

Here at WPX Hosting, we have tested just about every released plugin on our servers – both free and premium.

And with those results, we recommend three caching plugins that work best with our servers.

W3 Total Cache

W3 Total Cache is a very popular plugin with over 1 million installations and 3,500+ 5-star reviews. The plugin improves the SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience of your site by increasing the website performance.

It works perfectly with our server configuration and the WPX XDN. If you add our pre-configured settings to the plugin, the XDN cache will be automatically cleared.

You can use our pre-configured settings by following our guide here to get maximum results with the plugin.

LiteSpeed Cache

LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress (LSCWP) is an all-in-one site acceleration plugin, featuring an exclusive server-level cache and a collection of optimization features. It has over 3 million installations and a 4.8 out of 5 stars average rating.

The plugin works perfectly with our servers and the WPX XDN. The plugin currently supports an automatic cleanup of the XDN cache without additional settings.

You can use our pre-configured settings by following our guide here to get maximum results with the plugin.

WP Rocket

Again the plugin works perfectly with our servers and the WPX XDN. The cache of the XDN will be automatically cleared through the plugin. It detects that your website is using our XDN and does not need additional setup. WP Rocket is used by almost 3M websites and has 4.9 stars out of 5 on Trustpilot.

The plugin is paid which gives you access to frequent updates and support. WP Rocket is a Premium plugin meaning that there is not a free version but a 14 days money-back guarantee. You will need to purchase a WP Rocket license to be able to use it and upload the installation files to your website plugin folder.

You can use our pre-configured settings by following our guide here to get maximum results with the plugin.

NitroPack

It detects that your website is using our XDN and does not need additional setup.

The plugin is paid and it does not have a free version. You will need to purchase a NitroPack license to be able to use it and upload the installation files to your website plugin folder.

Currently, we don’t have any preconfigured settings for the plugin. However, you can reach out to their support team for further insight.

Those are the caching plugins that we recommend and work best with our servers. You can test out all four of them and decide which one provides your website with the best performance.
